RETURNS AND REFUNDS
You can exchange or return your purchased products within 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- are unused
- the leather bottom soles should not show any signs of use. We check this thoroughly
- they must be in the same condition that you received them.
- labels must still be attached
- it must be returned in the original packaging and/or shoe box.
In case of damage, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your items and we will look for a solution.
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
It is recommended that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Items in sales are only exchanged for another item or a gift voucher of the same value. They are non-refundable.

Once your return has been received and checked, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of your refund.
If the returned items meet the predetermined conditions, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days. This depends on your bank or payment choice (e.g. Paypal)
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is processed.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or if you want a different size. If you would like to exchange the item for the same item, please send an email to email@example.com and send your item to:

In an exchange, the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs. In case of obvious production errors on the article, we will send you a shipping label.
If the item is marked as a gift when purchased and is shipped directly to you, you will receive gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be emailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift card holder had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will return the gift card and will review your return.
